BinLab Diagnostics is an online ECU BIN file diagnostics and modification tool platform, providing VOLVO Px CFG, PIN Extract, ITP-UNLOCK, Analyze Vehicle Info, and other tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use the platform only for lawful purposes. Our services are intended for professional technicians engaged in legitimate vehicle repair and diagnostics.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You are fully responsible for your account security.

5. Points System

This platform uses a points-based billing system. You purchase point packages to top up your account, and points are deducted per tool use. Points have no expiration date and remain in your balance permanently. All prices are in USD.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks on this platform belong to BinLab Diagnostics. Uploaded files remain yours; you grant us the necessary permission to process them.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, not to interfere with its operation, not to upload malicious files, and not to use modified files for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Use at your own risk. Always back up your original ECU files and consult a professional technician before making modifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BinLab Diagnostics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Uploaded files are used solely to provide services. Guest user files are deleted immediately after processing. Registered user files are retained while the account is active and can be manually deleted at any time. We do not use files for AI training or share them with third parties.

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines refund conditions and procedures for point purchases.

2. Point Purchase Refunds

If no points have been used after purchase, you may request a full refund. If some points have been used, a proportional refund of the remaining balance will be issued. Points deducted due to platform technical failures are automatically refunded to your account without requiring a refund request.

Time limit: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. No refunds after 7 days or if all points have been used.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago with partial or full point usage
  • Point consumption caused by user error (e.g., uploading incorrect files)
  • Usage failures caused by user device or network issues
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for terms of service violations
  • Points purchased through unofficial channels

4. Refund Process

  1. Click the email to send a refund request directly (subject: Refund Request - [Account Email]), or to submit a form
  2. Provide your registered email, purchase date/amount, order ID, and reason for refund
  3. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days

5. Refund Amount Calculation

Refunds are calculated proportionally based on remaining points. Formula: Refund Amount = Purchase Amount × (Remaining Points ÷ Total Purchased Points).

6. Refund Methods

Credit card refunds are processed back to the original card. Creem payments are refunded through Creem's refund process. International payments may take longer to process.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal within 14 days. You may also seek assistance from your local consumer protection authority.
